Join me in a gentle online space where we can come together to tend to our grief with others who understand - where your grief can be witnessed, held, and honoured. What to Expect This will be a cosy, intimate online circle with a group of tender-hearted souls, all navigating their own grief journeys. We'll begin with grounding breathwork and meditation to help you settle into the space and into your body. This will be followed by a simple grief tending ritual - a meaningful practice to honour what you're carrying in your heart. I will then guide you through a reflective writing practice to help you connect more deeply with your grief. Before opening up our sharing circle, where you'll have the opportunity to share what's present for you right now. This is a space of deep listening, where your words will be heard and held without judgment or the need to fix or change anything. Sharing is always optional - if you wish to simply sit quietly in the space of others who understand, that is equally welcome. Who This Circle Is For This circle welcomes all kinds of grief - not only the loss of a loved one, but also the quieter, unspoken griefs that come with change, transitions and endings, as well as our collective grief for the sorrows of the world. If you're carrying grief in your heart and longing for a space where it can be tended to with gentleness and care, this circle is for you.
