My Approach
As an Integrative Counsellor, I use a blend of different therapeutic approaches.
This way of working allows me to draw upon the models and theories that I feel will resonate most with your needs, meaning our work together will be as unique as you are.

My main approach is Person-Centred, which is based upon the belief that given the right conditions, a person can reach their full potential and become their true self.
These conditions are created through nurturing our therapeutic relationship.
​
I also believe that healing is about the whole person, and in this, we need to look at all parts of our self...
the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
So, in addition to using western psychological approaches, I weave in practices and philosophies from other energetic and spiritual practices such as breathwork, reiki, meditation and mindfulness.

I have experience of working with a number of issues, including;
stress, anxiety, panic, low mood, depression, self-worth, self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions and change.

The details
Most of my 1:1 counselling sessions are offered online via video call, or over the phone.
​
I also offer in person sessions at a cosy space in Newbury town centre on Thursdays.
​
Sessions are 50 minutes on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. A space is held for you at the same time each week to give you consistency and stability.
​​
Recognising everyone is unique, I work open-ended with my clients until they feel they have gained what they needed from our work together.

Fees:
Initial 15 minute connection call - free
50 minute initial consultation - £65
50 minute sessions - £65 per session
